Jan - SUCCESS - We have had word that both David & Jonathan reached the summit of Aconcagua yesterday and are now making their way back down the mountain. Well done guys, they can now look forward to a welcome thick steak and the odd cold beer back in Mendoza.

Dec - Our local agent has contacted us to say that David & Jonathan
have now started their trek up the Vacas valley. Sadly Anders was
taken ill just before the start of the trek and had to return to
Mendoza. He is feeling much better now but has decided to continue
home.

Dec -
We have received an email from the local agent to say the team have
arrived safely in Mendoza, there has been a delay with the luggage
from Madrid, which they hope to collect today. They have a couple
of days to make final preparations before heading out to start the
trek into Base Camp. We may not hear from the team now until their
return to Mendoza.
