The Grivel 190mm Long bar is designed to extend the range of Grivel's standard crampon bar ideally for footwear of 45, or UK 10.5 plus, where the Standard Grivel crampon bars will fit up to size 46 boots (UK size 11). This longer bar will fit G10, G12, G14 and the Airtech crampons.

The Grivel Long Extension bar (190 mm) also makes changing from one size to a smaller one easy, by simply turning the bar over. The retaining tooth, on touching the crampon, automatically reduces the size offering extremely quick fitting with no tools. Remember that the right crampon becomes the left and vice versa.
