"Long" by name but actually an average length 3in 1 waterproof, breathable jacket from Icepeak in Finland, where they know a thing or two about weather.

The waterproof breathable outer is blue with black inserts and reflective trim for the walk to school and back. Two bottom pockets and one chest pocket with a water resistant zip. The hood is removable and adjustable.

Inside the removable fleece is black with two pockets. It's a good quality fleece as well, not always the case with 3 in 1 jackets.
