12th August
Great news, Paul sent a text today to say all our team made the summit. No doubt there will be much celebrating to be had tonight for the team.

The team are relaxing prior to going to the Garabashi barrels in the morning. All feeling very well, and acclimatisation is going well.

6th August

The Team have had a good sleep, and are keen to get started on their acclimatisation phase. So, after breakfast, we are going up to Syltrankel lake to camp at 3150m. Tomorrow, we plan to ascend Mount Mukal 3998m. Our only issue, so far, is that Andrew’s bag appears to be still in Amsterdam! More from us when we return from this first stage.

The team are all working hard on Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate! Andrew still has no bag so he is shopping in Cheget. Andy and Sophie are faffing with a purpose. Watch this space.
