31st July After a 15 hours on the go, the team reached the summit today, Eric turned back earlier in the night and all are back at camp. Well done to everyone for their efforts. They will head to base camp in the morning and then on to Nalchik.
28th today the team all got to 4800m and had a refresher skills day. Tomorrow they will have a rest day.
27th July The Team are heading up to stay at high camp.
