The Annapurna 3 Peaks Expedition takes you away from the busy Khumbu and Everest valley to some of the most stunning mountain landscapes in Nepal.
You get the opportunity to tackle up to four magnificent peaks over 6000m in the Annapurna/Manang region: Pisang Peak (6091m), Chulu Far East (6059m) and Chulu West (6419m). We trek out via the spectacular glaciated Tilicho Lake, one of the world's most beautiful high-altitude lakes.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE/FITNESS
This expedition is ideal for those looking for a step up to their first Himalayan Peaks from the Alps or Kilimanjaro. We recommend that you have experience of using crampons, for instance, you have completed a Winter Skills/Mountaineering course and have been to at least 4000m.

Day 1/2 | International flights depart and arrive in Kathmandu the following evening. Transfer to hotel close to the famous bustling Thamel district of Kathmandu and within easy walking distance of its many temples and tourist attractions. |
Day 3 | Drive to the road head at Besisahar 5hrs (also known as Lamjung) stopping for lunch on route. Besisahar is the original starting point for the Annapurna Circuit. |
Day 4 | Drive to Pisang (3200m) 5hrs |
Day 5 | Acclimatisation Day Trek towards Yak Kharka 3870m or Pisang BC 4380m. returning to Upper Pisang Village for our overnight stay. This is an important day to allow our bodies to acclimatise. |
Day 6 | Move to Pisang BC 4380m |
Day 7 | Acclimatisation Day – It is important to allow our bodies to acclimatise unlike many companies we have this additional day where we trek up towards 5000m and take the opportunity to also practice how to ascend and descend fixed lines in preparation for the summit day. Panoramic views will start to unfold of Annapurna range, Chulu East, Chulu Far East, Nawal peak, Tilicho Peak. |
Day 8 | Move to Pisang High Camp 5400m. Retracing our steps we should reach High camp in around 6 hours where we rest, eat and drink in readiness for our summit day. |
Day 9 | Summit Day we start early in the morning to climb Pisang Peak 6091m , the ascent involves Glacial roped travel and the use of fixed lines (practiced during the acclimatisation phase) and should take around 6 hours to the summit and another 3-4 hrs in descent. Summit views on a clear day are spectacular as you look out across the Annapurna Range. Return to BC. |

Day 16 | Letdar to Chulu West BC 4800 - 5100m |
Day 17 | Trek to Chulu West High Camp 5500 |

Day 20 | Spare Summit Day 1 |
Day 21 | Trek to Thorung Phedi |
Day 22 | Trek to Muktinath via Thorung La Pass |
Day 23 | Jeep to Pokhara |
Day 24 | Enjoy Pokhara (Spare Summit Day 3) – This day could be used as a spare summit day for any one of the three peaks in addition to those indicated as day 14 & 21. |
Day 25 | Jeep or Fly to Kathmandu |
Day 26/27 | Depart Kathmandu for return International flight |
