28th February

The team are all back at camp where they will sleep tonight before the final walk out tomorrow.  Congratulations to Alice, Jean-Claude, Fathia, Armin, Giacomo, Veronika, Tom and Timothy on their Summit Success,  to  Samantha who reached Stella Point, and to Anastasia and Colette who reached Gillman’s Point.

We have had a call from Alice that 8 of the team have reached the summit this morning and 3 made it to the Crater rim, they are now making  their way back down to camp and we will have another update once they reach camp.

26th February

Today the team are having an acclimatisation day at Mawenzi tarn, exploring around the area and taking things easy. Tommorrow the group will head up to the top camp at Kibo Hut (4700m).


24th February

Alice called in today to say all is well with the team. They had some rain earlier today, but the sun is now out at camp. Everyone is in high spirits after a good day and are now resting at Kikelewa Caves camp.


23rd February

The team all arrived safely, made their final preparations and started their trek on time today.

He was the first Brit to summit Everest via the North Ridge 3 times and has climbed Everest from both the North & South sides.
