24th Nov The team are back in Kathmandu safe and well. They have a few days in Kathmandu to enjoy the sights before they return home.

20th Nov Chris plus 7 of the team reached the summit of Island Peak. Richard decided not to attempt the summit and stayed at BC. The team are now heading back down to meet Dan at Dingboche and will trek out over the next few days.

17th Nov The team have now crossed Ambulaphcha Pass, and will be heading up to Island Peak’s high camp tomorrow. Richard has opted not to go onto Island Peak, and will wait at the bottom for the rest of the group. The weather is good, and everyone is in good spirits.

15th Nov On Saturday 13th at 8.00am (local time), Chris, Stephen, David, Alistair, Nigel, and Melvyn summitted Mera Peak. The team should be crossing Ambulapcha Pass tomorrow morning, after which they plan to have a rest day. From there they plan to head to high camp for Island peak over the next 2 days.

11th Nov Chris called in today the group are now at the Mera La, everything is going well so far and conditions are looking good.

10th Nov Dan is now back on his feet again and is planning to head back to Lukla on Saturday. He will meet the rest of the group at Chhukung.

8th Nov Chris just rang to say that they are all doing well, the weather has now settled.  They are at now Tagnang and will be moving on to Mera Base Camp tomorrow.

4th Nov  Chris called in today the team are now at Nashing Dingma, they decided to have an extra day in Kathmandu before flying to Lukla. The team are all well and the weather is fantastic.

27th Oct  The team will depart on the 30th October.
