30th March 2026 - Back in Kathmandu

With fresh snow overnight and challenging cold conditions, the team made the decision not to risk a push for the summit of Island Peak. Despite not reaching the summit, the team returned to Namche Bazaar on 29th March to celebrate their experience in the Khumbu Valley, and have now safely returned to Kathmandu.

27th March 2026 - Chukhung

The team decided not to make a summit attempt of Pokalde today as planned; however, they did walk up to Island Peak base camp to help them acclimatise further, ready for their summit attempt in the coming days.

24th March 2026 - Dingboche

The team are making great progress as planned, reaching Dingboche today with another rest/acclimatization day tomorrow to prepare them for their summit push on Pokalde.

22nd March 2026 - Namche Bazaar

The team have made it to Namche Bazaar and are in fine spirits. Today the team have rested to help in their acclimatization and are ready for a strong day to Tengboche tomorrow.

19th March 2026 - Arrival in Kathmandu

The team all arrive in Kathmandu
