We’ve been making the most of the unseasonably good Autumn with our Rock Improvers Courses. Nick took Tim and Flynn out to the Langdale Valley and the weather couldn’t have been better.

On Saturday they headed up Wrynose Pass and walked into Long Scar to climb 3 routes. This gave the guys a chance to climb on real rock for the first time and see how traditional leading worked on single pitch crag. In the afternoon they headed around the corner to Black Crag for some more challenging climbs including the classic E2 of Glass Slipper. Not bad for day one on rock!

The guys both wanted to experience a multi-pitch climb so on Sunday they visited Upper Scout Crag in Langdale and climbed a couple of routes in a series of pitches and finished off with an abseil.

We still have dates in October or give us a call on 015394 33794 if you would like to book dates not on our website.

Had a great weekend of climbing with Nick and Flynn the weather was awesome and Nick`s relaxed style help with the initial jitters of getting onto rock for along time thanks AP I`m now off to climb as much as I can
