Adventure Peaks has been organizing expeditions to Climb Everest for over 18 years making us one of the most experienced and valued British companies operating on the mountain. English is the spoken language and as a result we are able to attract good International teams.

To climb Everest, the world’s highest mountain at 8848m is the ultimate objective in many climbers’ minds, a most compelling and challenging adventure. On the mountain we provide the very best leadership, equipment, oxygen systems, comfort, food and Sherpa support to maximize your chance of success.

Our British English-speaking Leaders add a degree of safety, expertise and guidance however the support they provide will make the difference between a difficult trip and a safe and enjoyable one. The success of an expedition is often determined by factors planned well in advance of the actual climbing. We have been modifying our provision for many years which has led to a high proportion of our expedition members reaching the summit.

Pre Expedition Support – We have a dedicated team of experienced staff available seven days per week throughout the year to answer questions and address concerns. During expeditions alongside our office team we have a 24hour emergency contact service available to family and friends. Our Web news provides regular updates of our expeditions. For those able to attend we offer our unique monthly training weekends in the UK to enable clients to meet and train together under our expert guidance and to gain on-going advice.

Success and Client Selection – We have been organizing successful Everest expeditions for almost 20 years with an average success rate close to 80%. We do our utmost to put together a strong team of proficient, experienced climbers to aid your success. We don’t just take anyone, though we are happy to provide less experienced climbers with training programs to get them ready for future years.

Financial Protection – Everest is an expensive undertaking Adventure Peaks provides financial protection for your funds through ATOL Bonding. Through our years of experience we know what in country providers to work with and when to transfer funds, this allows us to provide you with the best possible protection.

Medical Support – Our leaders have Direct access to a 24hr UK medical support centre, for advice on any medical ailments or emergency during your expedition.

Mick reached the summit around 4:40am followed by Chris, Andrew Whyte & Phurba at 5am. Andy Taylor & Lahkpa reached the summit around 5:30am. Due to the wind & cold Chris said they spent around 15 minutes on the top before heading back down the mountain.

Group spent the afternoon sightseeing in glorious warm sunshine - it really is a lovely city. The Potala Palace is simply spectacular! If this is the case, please ensure that your insurer is aware of your Adventure Peaks itinerary and can agree to cover the activities being undertaken.

Adventure Peaks do not provide any advice on travel insurance, although it is a requirement of our booking conditions that you have travel insurance which covers the activities which you are likely to be undertaking on your holiday. Cover must include emergency medical, helicopter evacuation, repatriation and rescue expenses.

It is strongly recommended that suitable cancellation insurance is purchased at the time of booking as all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Lhotse extension from £13,500 Lhotse Lhotse is the world’s fourth highest mountain and was first climbed by Ernest Reiss of Switzerland in 1956. Located next to Everest it shares the route towards the South Col route to Camp 3 (7300m) high on the Lhotse Face. A final camp is placed at 7900m before the steep ice and rock Lhotse Couloir is climbed to gain the impressive knife edge ridge that leads to the summit. Lhotse can be climbed separately or in combination (a tough challenge) with our Everest South Col Expedition.
Chitwan Safari at Tigerland Resort £525 (+4 days) You can round off your trip with a 3-night / 4-day wildlife safari in Chitwan National Park. This includes an unforgettable jeep safari, river canoe trip, a full day walking safari, elephant ride and a trip to the elephant stables. The price is inclusive of Park Permits and lodge accommodation with all meals from lunch on day 1 to breakfast on your day of departure. One night's accommodation in Kathmandu after your safari is included. Travel by vehicle from Kathmandu and return flight to Kathmandu. Flights from Kathmandu to Chitwan can be arranged for a supplement of £115.00. Price based on twin rooms staying at the Tigerland Safari Resort. Single supplement of £260.00 applies.
Chitwan Safari at Parkland Resort £425 (+4 days) You can round off your trip with a 3-night / 4-day wildlife safari in Chitwan National Park. Everest from the Air £270 An early morning spectacular flight over Everest. The flight is from Kathmandu and lasts around one hour, taking you close to Everest and its surrounding peaks. Window seats are guaranteed. It is worth also booking an extra night's accommodation in Kathmandu to give you another morning - please ask the office at the time of booking.
