  2. The time limit for returning the goods is 28 days from the date of shipment from us to you.
  3. We endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt. After this, you should expect to see your funds back into your account within 3 - 5 working days depending on how your card provides processes refunds.
  4. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
  5. You are responsible for the postage cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
  6. When returning an item for an exchange, i.e. for another size or colour please be aware a small fee will apply to cover postage.
  7. We will notify you of the exact amount before sending out the replacement item.
  8. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition with original package and labels.
  9. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of any Personal Protective Equipment including climbing equipment and helmets unless faulty. This would be dealt with under warranty and returns.
  10. All products are guaranteed against failure due to defective workmanship or materials, but this excludes faults caused by accidents, neglect or misuse. The guarantee is in line with the guarantee policy stipulated by the product manufacturer.

The La Sportiva Jackal is a mountain running shoe dedicated to off-road running over ultra distances and for training long-distance workouts on medium distances thanks to the exceptional cushioning guaranteed by the innovative Infinitoo™ high energy return technology. Every detail, from the uppers to the sole, is designed to enhance the comfort of the foot over long distances: wide, comfortable fit designed for use in ultra-marathons, comfort fit, enveloping and soft elastic tongue for maximum freedom of movement with internal bellows to protect against stones and mud.
The lacing sees the loops incorporated directly into the side panels of the uppers: a solution that facilitates the adaptation of volumes during long distance runs in which the foot tends to swell. The lateral Net-Mesh promotes ventilation and climate comfort. The heart of Jackal, however, lies in the innovative EVA sole/midsole package with internal cushioning pads in high Energy return polyurethane Infinitoo™ Technology.
The front element increases the cushioning, the rear insert contributes to the stabilization of the run. The midsole also incorporates a high-density EVA Rock-Shield for a more stable run with rock-guard effect. The Frixion Red tread with differentiated Impact Brake System lugs and longitudinal FLEX grooves enhances the flex of the sole along the fold lines. The lightweight, shock-resistant, thermo-shaped toecap contributes to the overall lightness and protection of the shoe while the dual compound FriXion Red sole guarantees maximum grip and durability. A concentration of technology inspired by those who run in search of their own limits and in search of themselves.
