Description

The Shadow screwgate carabiner is a multi-purpose carabiner. It is larger than the Phantom screwgate making it easier to use when wearing gloves, it is still lightweight and makes a good addition to your climbing rack for a “do it all” carabiner. It is particularly useful for rigging.

Featuring DMM’s now signature I-Beam back and hot forged, the Shadow is strong, but still only weighs in at 51g. It has an anti-snag clean nose helped by the large gate opening. The slightly offset shape forces load onto the spine maximising strength.
