11th September – 100% SUMMIT SUCCESS: They say that its not about the destination its about the journey and that’s true on many expeditions unless you all reach the destination together in which case it makes for a very emotional summit! Everyone will have their own stories to tell of summit night but I’m happy to say at 7.15 this morning the whole team stood on the summit of Kilimanjaro.
