The first leg of the the Winter 3 Peaks challenge started on a crisp, clear morning in Glen Nevis. Jerry, Lyndsey, and Ricci were raring to go so we set off intently on the long journey up Ben Nevis. The conditions were superb with excellent visibility all day and views to die for throughout the long but richly rewarding trek to the summit of The Ben and back. We returned on schedule for a quick stop before Dave then took over to ferry the team to The Lakes for the next leg and finishing with Stu on Snowdon.
