Expedition Hire Form

Welcome to the Adventure Peaks expedition hire portal!

We offer expedition hire equipment to our own clients and external customers who are looking to reduce costs on equipment for trips away. All of our equipment is aimed at providing the highest quality possible.

The process is very simple and works in following steps:

1. Submit your online hire form application.
2. Automatic email confirmation of your request.
3. You will then receive confirmation from us about availability and final cost (This is usually within 7 days of submitting).
4. Payment including a 20% security deposit (Refundable once all equipment has been returned).
5. Collection or postage of equipment will be available 2 weeks prior to departure.
6. Return of equipment (Must be within 7 days of returning to the UK).
7. Return of security deposit once all equipment is inspected and accounted for.
   

   If you have any specific requests or would like more than one of the same item you can add this to your online request at the end.
